The Team
We are fortunate in having a committed and highly skilled team who work well together and complement each other.
We are proud of our history of training graduates in the wide variety of skills needed for the type of work undertaken. Our first graduate recruit is now a director and our principal consultant. A more recent graduate has also become a director and senior consultant.
We achieved Investor In People status in 1997 and continue to operate a pro-active continuing professional development programme within a structured career path. It is felt that through recruiting, training and retaining graduates, specialist skills are nurtured and developed that are not necessarily readily available elsewhere.
We have also made a concious effort to employ students every summer to provide them with useful work experience.
