Andrew has over 35 years experience in Economic and Business Development, including 16 years as Managing Director of A B Associates Ltd.  He has worked on and overseen a considerable portfolio of projects covering a wide scope of clients.  His specialisms include economic analysis, cost benefit analysis, economic impact assessment and valuation techniques, input/output analysis, production of strategies and plans, intellectual asset management, funding programmes through from formation to ex-post evaluation, rural and business development particularly in remote and island communities around Europe, as well as an in-depth knowledge of the European Union and Parliament having worked closely with a number of the institutions over the last 25 years.  A founding Director of AB Associates Andrew previously worked in the public sector in both Scotland and England, latterly as a Divisional Manager of Economic Policy, Research and EU Affairs.
