Feasibility Study
Burravoe Community Development
We recently carried out a feasibility study and developed a business plan for a new community facility for Burravoe, a small community in the south of the island of Yell with a population around 180.
Scalloway Museum
On behalf of a community group, we carried out an options appraisal and feasibility study upon the groups proposals. Following this we produced a business plan which included financial projections, a marketing and communications strategy, a monitoring and evaluation plan and a risk analysis. We also completed a successful Lottery funding application which secured £ for the project.
Fair Isle Bird Observatory
In the first instance, A B Associates carried out an options appraisal followed by a feasibility study examining proposals to build a new bird observatory or Fair Isle. A B Associates were also commissioned to develop a business plan and funding package for the project.
